UFC light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier underwent additional treatment on his hip this past week and hopes to defend his title by spring against Anthony Johnson.
“I went back to the doctor, got some more therapy done, PRP, as I’m trying to really speed up the process,” Cormier (18-1 MMA, 7-1 UFC) said on Friday ahead of Saturday’s UFC on FOX 22 event at Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, Calif.
