Please clearly explain your reason(s) for consultation, procedures, etc. Thanks. This will expedite Dr. Bethea’s response.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled procedure. Patients who give less than 24 hours notice without legitimate justification or do not show for their procedure, will be charged a $50.00-$150.00 rescheduling fee. This fee must be paid before a patient will be placed back on the procedure or clinic schedule.

Dr. Bethea is not in network with health insurance companies. Nevertheless, FSA and HSAs can be used for the investments into YOUR health.

Some patients use deferred interest plans (No interest if paid in full by Care Credit’s promotional end date.) through Care Credit. Some use Advance Care Card program too for their investment into their health. Very similar to Care Credit’s program rules.

Other routes of payment: Cash, debit & credit cards.

NO CHECKS at the 1st visit. No checks will be accepted at subsequent visits- unless approved by Dr. Bethea. $50 Return Check Fee.
